Meet our board of directors:

Bob Ebinger
Board President

Before moving to Montana in 1998 Bob Ebinger was an award winning free-lance Director of Photography based out of Los Angeles.  He is a founding member of the Livingston Center and current Board President.  In addition to his artistic interests, he is involved in local and state-wide historic preservation projects and civic and economic development issues.  He is currently writing the biography of Emanuel Goughnour, an early Livingston lumber entrepreneur.

Robin Hoggan

Robin has served the Center during the past twelve years in various posts including President, Secretary, teacher, and volunteer.  Prior to her work with the Livingston Center Robin worked as an accountant in the film industry (Imagine Films and Castle Rock Entertainment).  Earlier work included administrative duties for several Government sub-contractors whose work involved military applications (Robin held a Top-Secret clearance).  Robin sat on the Sixth Judicial CASA/GAL board, is a member of the Livingston Gallery Association, and works part-time for the Parks Reece Gallery.  In all of these capacities Robin has provided her web site and graphic design skills.

Chau Nguyen

Chau Nguyen is a working jewelry and felting artist. In fall of 2015 she completed several enameling master classes and always challenging and evolving in her artistic process.  She teaches classes at the Center and contributes many volunteer hours to several important committees at LCAC.

Born in Saigon, Chau and her family moved to America at the end of the Vietnam war. Prior to her career as a working artist, She worked at PrintingForLess for 7 years. Chau was a programmer and a business analyst in the telecommunication industry for 15 years before moving to Montana. She is a graduate of the Birmingham Southern College with a double majors in Math and French. She obtained her MBA from Samford University while working for South Central Bell and BellSouth Services.

Chau enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, outdoor activities as well as designing & making jewelry. She has been married to Al Pendergrass for twenty five years and has two college aged children.
