Select pieces from each child participating in this class will be exhibited in the art show.
Both classes will work with similar materials, turning them into “rooster” artwork of their own interpretation. Each class will do two projects. First, young artists will begin with recycled materials to fashion a colorful and picturesque rooster appropriate for hanging on a wall. Second, the students will model a rooster or hen (or both) out of polymer clay incorporating texture, color theory and fine motor skills.
